Skype?
Skype (Skype.com) is an Instant Message/ Chat Client (up to 100 people) and a Voice Over IP (VOIP) Phone with Video (up to 5 people).
There is both a free and paid version. The big difference is that with the free version you cannot call and receive calls from landlines and cell phones.
This is a really great resource for us to communicate around the building/ world. You can also use it to transfer files that are too big for email (there is no size limit!).
